By using the services of this site or catelog, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service stated below.


Notification of Policy Changes

As attempting to notify users of policy changes imposes an unreasonable (if impossible) burden on us and a nuisance to most of our users, it is your responsibility to check for any policy changes posted in the Information Box prior to using the services of this site. This includes the Privacy Policy and all other items listed there.


Terms of Sale

All transactions between you (Customer) and Paiute Trailers are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. All prices are stated in U.S. dollars and freight is FOB from Salina, Utah. Prices are subject to change without notice and prices in effect at the time of delivery will apply. Prices do not include any applicable sales tax.

     

  2. Special quotations given to Customer are valid for a period of 30 days.

     

  3. Unless otherwise agreed to by Paiute Trailers and Customer, all terms are COD.

     

  4. Any invoices not paid within 30 days are subject to a finance charge of 18% per annum or 1.5% per month. If unpaid, the amounts are turned over to an attorney or a collection agency for collection. Customer shall pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs.

     

  5. Title to items sold and risk of loss or damage shall pass to customer upon delivery.

     

  6. Customer agrees to assume all risk incident to the care, handling and use of all products purchased, and warrants that Customer is familiar with the item and it's proper use. Any item delivered to customer shall be deemed accepted by Customer unless written notice of defect or nonconformity is received by Paiute Trailers within 30 days of delivery date. Customer assumes all risk and liability in connection with an item from date of delivery to Customer.

     

  7. Customer agrees upon delivery to release Paiute Trailers from liability against any and all claims, damages, or assertion of liability of every nature to person or property arising out of or in connection with the handling or use of all products delivered by Paiute Trailers.

     

  8. State laws vary from state to state. Paiute Trailers assumes no responsibility for any trailer not meeting a state's specifications.
